The Gungahlin Eagles ACT Vets Colts Cup have named their squad for Saturday’s Preliminary Final against Uni-North Owls Colts, kicking off at 9:00am at Viking Park.
Patrick Edwards captains the side, one of 15 starters named alongside a further seven reserves in the match-day squad. It’s the Colts’ second shot at a Grand Final berth this finals series, after falling 29-22 to Tuggeranong Vikings Colts in last week’s Qualification Semi Final — a result that extended Tuggeranong’s head-to-head edge to 3-1 across four meetings this season, with Gungahlin’s win coming back in July.
A win on Saturday sends the Colts through to the Grand Final on 29 August at Viking Park.
