Fully registered players will receive a training shirt sponsored by Benchmarc Kitchen and Joinery, playing shorts and socks.

Fully registered players will also receive benefits offered by the ACT Brumbies for their home games. More information on these benefits will be sent from the Brumbies once you have registered

Registration also includes player insurance provided through Rugby Australia. Please note that the Rugby Australia insurance program provides basic levels of cover and does not seek to replace the need for other insurances.

All registrations must be done through Rugby Xplorer. The Rugby Xplorer app can be downloaded for both Apple and Android mobile devices or can be accessed on your desktop or laptop.

Once you have downloaded the Rugby Xplorer app, or opened the link on your desktop or laptop, log in to your account. If you do not have an account, then you will be able to create one before continuing.

Once you have logged in or created your account, select ‘Register’, search for ‘Gungahlin Eagles Junior RUC’ and follow the prompts.

The ‘Registration type’ that applies to all players, coaches, managers and volunteers will be ‘XVs Juniors’, and the ‘Duration’ will be ‘Season’ only.

If you require assistance, head to Rugby Xplorer Resources.

Families who are experiencing financial hardship can contact the club to discuss payment options for registration fees at: juniors@gungahlineagles.com.au

The Eagles juniors are always keen to see volunteers from our families helping out for all roles. If you are interested in helping out in any capacity, please email  juniors@gungahlineagles.com.au

All junior coaches must hold current ‘Smart Rugby’ accreditation. The Smart Rugby course is free and is can be completed online. For further information click here.

All coaches and managers must hold a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. Further information on the WWVP program is available on the ACT Government website.

Under current legislation, if you are applying for a WWVP card as a volunteer and will not use your registration for any paid employment, there is no cost to apply.
