Senior Registration

Login or create an account at myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au or download the Rugby Xplorer app.

• Use your email or Rugby ID to log in, or request a “Magic Link” to access your account.

Select Register, then follow the prompts.

• Step 1 – Select who you’re registering
• Step 2 – Search for Gungahlin Eagles RUC (senior players) 
• Step 3 – Select your role (Player, Coach, etc.), registration type, and season duration
• Seniors: XVs Men’s or 10s Women’s
• Steps 4–9 – Confirm/update personal details, upload a photo, add emergency contacts, and complete payment.

Payment can be made in full or with Zip Pay in four instalments.

Registration Fees – 2025 Season

All fees include GST.

What’s Included

Each registered player receives:

• Insurance coverage through Rugby Australia’s Sports Injury and Liability Insurance Plan
• Training t-shirt to keep
• Playing shorts and socks to keep
• Game day jerseys (provided each week and laundered by the club). Yours to keep at the end of the season.
