HOW TO REGISTER
Login or create an account at myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au or download the Rugby Xplorer app.
- Use your email or Rugby ID to log in, or request a “Magic Link” to access your account.
Select Register, then follow the prompts.
- Step 1 – Select who you’re registering
- Step 2 – Search for Gungahlin Eagles RUC (senior players)
- Step 3 – Select your
- Role (Player, Coach, etc.)
- Registration Type (XVs)
- Duration (Season)
- Steps 4–9 – Confirm/update personal details, upload a photo, add emergency contacts, and complete payment.
Payment can be made in full or with Zip Pay in four instalments.

| Discounted Early Bird Senior Mens Registrations (if paid before 31 March 2026) | $322.04 |
| Senior Women’s Players/University Students/Apprentices (Please reachout to rugbymanager@gungahlineagles.com.au for a discount code) | $250.00 |
| Training Only Participants (This amount will come off your full season registration if/when paid at a later date within the season) | $30.60 |
| Coaches / Volunteers | FREE |
All fees include GST.

- Playing shorts and socks to keep
