EAGLES PRE-SEASON CONFIRMED

The Eagles Director of Rugby, Troy Atkins, has declared the 2019 Rugby Season officially open. This is a great opportunity to blow off the cobwebs, develop fitness and skills, and welcome a great group of fresh faces who are excited to learn what an Eagles preseason is all about.

Troy announced that on Thursday 15th November we will kick off a 6-week block of pre-season training. This will be open to all players new and returning.

The training focus will be on speed, core skills and game-based fitness. Training starts at 6pm until 7:30pm and will be held at the Nicholls Synthetic ovals located behind the primary school off Kelleway ave. Plenty of parking at the gold creek primary school.

Please wear runners and bring a water bottle.
