The Eagles closed out the regular season with a 33-31 win over Queanbeyan Whites in Round 17 at The Nest, and Tony Alofipo was a deserving Player of the Day in an outstanding all-round performance.

Alofipo’s excellent kicking was a standout feature, helping the Eagles gain valuable field position throughout the match. His running game was equally impressive, using his speed and determination to create opportunities for the side.
His composure and ability to influence the contest from start to finish made him one of the Eagles’ most important players on the day. In a tight finish before finals, that composure went a long way to securing the result and carrying momentum into semi-final week.
A worthy recipient of the Player of the Day award. Well done Tony.
